This sympathetically converted stone granary combines 18th Century character with 21st century style and luxury in the beautiful rolling Herefordshire Countryside. With a large games room set in a walled garden and 8 en-suite bedrooms which sleep up to 18 this superb, spacious venue is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, group holidays and corporate hospitality. Trevase Granary truly is a relaxing rural retreat while still easily accessible from the motorway network. Set on a working farm, it is equidistant between the historic market towns of Ross on Wye, Hereford and Monmouth, with the Forest of Dean, the beautiful Wye Valley and the Cotswolds being less than an hour away. Trevase Granary has eight stylish and homely en-suite bedrooms, five of which are on the ground floor. The largest twin bedded room has a super wet room for those guests less able, which can be equipped with various aids. This can also be made up as a family room where two additional children can sleep on a comfortable day beds. There is also a stair lift on the oak stairs leading up to the first floor. Another ground floor bedroom has an en suite wet room for less able guests. The double bedrooms have comfortable 5' wide double beds, the twin bedrooms with 3' wide beds are all made up with egyptian cotton sheets, and fluffy towels. There are some en suites with baths and other with showers to suit your preference. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is reached by a curved oak staircase, giving the room its own identity. All of the rooms on this floor have exposed oak beams and breathtaking views. On the first floor are the living areas. There are two seating areas: a television room, complete with large smart TV and D.V.D player with gas 'wood burner' making this a cosy room in winter. The other sitting room features a large picture window with views to the Black Mountains and comfy leather sofas with a selection of books to hand. It is alongside the impressive dining room with large table that can seat up to 20 under exposed oak timbers and wrought iron chandeliers to help ensure a really special meal. A stunning, handmade, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with everything needed to cater for all; granite worktops, a large dual fuel range cooker, three fridges, two freezers, microwave, George Forman grill, two dishwashers and two sinks. Trevase Granary also boasts a walled garden for the exclusive use of guests. Within it is a large games room complete with table tennis, pool table, table football, Xbox 360 and a hot tub which overlooks wonderful views of the Black Mountains. The games room has a paved patio area for alfresco dining with plenty of outdoor furniture which overlooks the lawn. A large gas BBQ and pizza oven are provided. This private area is perfect for football or cricket and some outdoor toys and assorted games equipment are provided. We have also installed a fully equipped bar area into the games room (including wine cooler, beer fridge, glasses, cocktail accessories/recipes & ice bucket). Adjoining the Granary is a utilities block with a laundry room complete with washing machine and drier. On the farm is a five acre coarse fishing lake stocked with carp, tench, roach and bream which guests can fish. Guests must provide their own fishing equipment and licence. There is also secure storage for bicycles, fishing rods, etc. and fenced parking for at least eight cars with 3 EV chargers.

Fantastic few days
We have just returned from our second visit and will definitely be returning. There were 9 children and 8 adults and there was something for everyone. Games room was great with pool table, table tennis and table football and of course the hot tub. Great outside space for rounders, football, rugby or just running and playing tag. The house is amazing with lovely comfortable beds and spacious living area. Thank you Sarah, see you next year!! Susan Rice

Golden wedding memories
We had our Golden wedding celebrations here and it was amazing. Beautifully clean and well presented this house has everything you could possibly need. The children enjoyed the games room and loved the animals on the farm. Easily accommodated a large party. The host was very welcoming and helpful, the beds were really comfortable, we had a wonderful memorable weekend.

The perfect venue for an extended family 50th birthday celebration
I spent months researching places to host my wife's surprise 50th birthday family celebration. When I found the Trevase Granary and had swapped messages with Sarah I knew I had found the perfect spot. Fantastic communication re questions and the dedicated website is exceptionally helpful. On arrival we were given a wonderful hamper of local produce which enhanced the pre-arranged supermarket delivery. Sarah's handover was friendly, slick and easy. The base instruction is use your common sense and call if you need anything. The main building is incredible. We were a group of 9 adults and 5 children 11-14 across three generations. Sarah set the bedrooms up as a triple, a twin and six doubles as requested. The large dining area had one table that we could all sit at which was great. However, as Sarah predicted, we spent most of our time in the Games Room/Hot Tub annex with large tv, pool table, fussball, table tennis table. A perfect break. Highly recommended. Thank you Sarah

Fabulous hideaway in Hereford
Beautifully appointed property located within a working farm. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cater for a large group. The games room and private outdoor area was stunning. Large hot tub, pool table, table tennis table, football table, purpose built bar and TV set up for gaming. Overall an excellent location. The hosts clearly take hospitality seriously as evidenced by all the awards.

Penblaith Barn Amazing!
What a beautiful barn no detail has been missed, when it comes to a remote hideaway to enjoy time with friends and, family this is perfection. We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my sisters 40th and what a weekend. 8 couples from mid 20s to 40s enough space that you could nearly lose each other. The beds were so comfortable, the bar and dining room set up for social gathering, as well as the bonus of the hot tub and beautiful outlook. Not sure words are enough, all I can say is thank you sooo much to Liz & Sarah il definitely be returning.

A Wonderful Stay in Hereforshire
Our gang couldn’t have been happier with Trevase Granary. Its spacious, luxurious and couldn’t be better equipped to house a big group. From the dining room and its stunning old beams to the fab kitchen and huge cooker, the brand new bar and games room to the incredibly comfy beds and en suites throughout the place. Within 35 minutes’ walk across country there’s a great pub and stunning views. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning next year. Thanks for having us Trevase team, T

3rd stay & I will be back again
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Trevase, and once again I was not left disappointed. We were 10 adults and 9 children & the house accommodated all our needs, it felt safe for the toddlers with great stair gates, and the space is excellent to occupy that many children. The kitchen has everything you need (and more). The games room (and addition of the bar) is excellent - again lots to accommodate all needs and a great safe space for the kids.

Hunt for the sports bar it is worth it
Ok, I’m charged with delivering the team result on the venue and as a hockey team, who rarely lost, no really, we expected the best and game on. So, it was a very very good venue. We adored “the Sports Bar” and in fact spent our evenings there BBQing and playing very competitive sports, we wiped up the blood afterwards! Lovely venue and well thought out. We were careful not to use or risk damaging the glorious main dining room table. However, as I said we loved vegging out in the “the sports bar”. The rooms and en-suites were in perfect condition and the owner visited us to check all was well. We cannot find fault and would recommend this place as first class.

Great break
Thank you to Sarah, Liz and team our group of 14 friends had the most wonderful time relaxing at Trevase Granary, thanks to to your warm welcome and the extremely well equipped facilities. We very much appreciated the fact that all rooms are ensuite, the lovely large hot tub and games room not to mention the beautiful views . A relaxing and refreshing time was had by all. I think the fact we booked for next year before we left says it all really.
