An ideal location for four. First floor apartment facing our mature garden and view over Loughrigg in the distance. Visit England Graded 4 star. Beck Allans is quietly situated in the centre of Grasmere village, at the heart of the English Lake District a stay at Beck Allans offers you access to many convenient facilities. Set in our own grounds, we enjoy a very quiet position.
Reserved car parking is available within the grounds. All apartments are warm, well maintained and include a full inventory. All you need to bring is food and clothes and enjoy!

Great place to stay. Great location in centre of Grasmere. Warm, cosy, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Will definitely return.

Fabulous
Fantastic place in the heart of Grasmere with parking. Close to shops, restaurants and great walks - we didn't use the car at all after parking up. We stayed 4 nights, the apartment had everything we needed and more. It's very clean, smart, and well stocked. Loved it.

Excellent Location
We stayed for a week in the Fairfield Apartment at Beck Allans Grasmere. This is a traditional lakeland slate house built around 1850. Excellent location right in the middle of Grasmere with parking for one car. Perfect for many of the local walks and hikes. a 5 minute walk down to the lake. The second floor apartment is two bedroom with double bed and twins, small, clean bathroom with bath, shower over. The lounge/kitchen is cosy and country cottage feel. Well equipped compact kitchen with breakfast bar type table attached, Useful for extra work space when cooking, seating for 4 with plenty room and normal chair not barstool height. Although in the middle of Grasmere was fairly quiet even with the windows wide open. A small co-op is just round the corner for supplies. Covid precautions are good and instructions when leaving are proactive in protecting owners and clients. Big thanks to owner Glenys for sorting extra car parking when we had to arrive separately.

Lovely trip
We had a lovely few days away in this self catering apartment in Grasmere. It really has everything you need and is in a great location in the middle of Grasmere but is very quiet. The owners left us a travel cot which was a great help for our 2 year old. It’s just a few minutes walk to the coop and a great playground was nearby for our son. We had some wonderful walks around the area too. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Perfect
A very nice flat, with good facilities, in the centre of Grasmere. Particularly grateful for basic utilities like salt and pepper, loo roll etc, and washing machine and dryer worked perfectly.

Excellent Location, Well Equipped.
We stayed in Fairfield in late May and were very happy with our experience of this rental. There was a well-equipped kitchen, television, vacuum and other cleaning items. The bathroom was recently refurbished. The best part was how comfortable the beds are, I should have checked the mattress label so that I could buy one. Plenty of spare bedding was available and we could have used heating in the apartment if the weather had been cool.
Located in the heart of the beautiful village of Grasmere, we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings early and late in the day when it was most quiet, and go elsewhere nearby during the busier time of day. Grasmere is a good base from which to explore the Lake District as it is fairly central to the area. The Beck Allans apartments are set in their own private grounds which can be used by people renting there.
The Grasmere Co-op is a couple of minutes walk away and is open late, every day of the week, for anything you may forget to buy if you are self-catering. There is also a very good small bakery a minute's walk away from the apartments, as well as many nearby cafes, pubs and restaurants for eating out locally.
