This traditional log cabin is situated in the Beckside area of Limefitt Park. It enjoys one of the prime spots within Limefitt, sitting right on the river bank. It is ideal for couples or families with children and will sleep up to 4 people. The well proportioned and traditional log cabin accommodation has gas central heating and double glazing to ensure a cosy feel all year round. Outside is a delightful south and west facing deck overlooking Trout Beck river. Dog friendly - up to 2 dogs accepted. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has 2 full sized single beds (second bed is raised cabin style), built in wardrobe, central heating radiator. Family Bathroom Bath with over bath shower, vanity unit, toilet, shaving point and electric wall mounted heater. Outside deck A covered veranda runs around the side of the lodge for protection from the elements. The patio doors lead from the main living area onto a south and west facing sun deck affording lovely views. Trout Beck flows below, providing relaxing background sound. The main centres of Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside are within a short drive or a pleasant walk if you prefer. Here you can enjoy the many restaurants and attractions. The famous Windermere Lake Cruises can be caught from either Bowness Pier or Waterhead in Ambleside. With a number of drop off points across the lake they are a great way to explore the area or simply to relax and enjoy the scenery. Ambleside, at the head of the Lake, is a hub for many circular walks of the area including the classic hikers' circuit the Fairfield Horeshoe.
