This modern luxury lodge is situated in the Kirkstone area of Limefitt Park. It enjoys a lovely views across to the surrounding fells from an elevated and landscaped position.

It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 4 people. A unique feature is that the bedrooms are at either end of the lodge.

The well appointed accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a spacious sun deck with a private, sunken jcuzzi hot tub

Pet friendly - up to 2 small/medium sized dogs accepted

There is a spacious and bright open plan lounge and dining area. Full length windows look out onto the outside deck and the views. Pitched ceiling with built in lighting.

Patio doors open out onto the large sun deck with views towards the fells....

this is our third visit to To the park second to ewe lodge it's so relaxing and peaceful would recommend it so easy to get out and about good food in the pub love it .....

Such a lovely lodge - very modern and very clean. The hot tub was so nice. Definitely returning. The park itself is very nice with staff willing to help you. We had no problems what so ever.

Had a lovely stay. Hot Tub was great.pub meals good. Nice walks out and about. Lots of National Trust properties to see.

About the neighbourhood
The main centres of Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside are within a short drive or a pleasant walk if you prefer. Here you can enjoy the many restaurants and attractions.

The famous Windermere Lake Cruises can be caught from either Bowness Pier or Waterhead in Ambleside. With a number of drop off points across the lake they are a great way to explore the area or simply to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Ambleside, at the head of the Lake, is a hub for many circular walks of the area including the classic hikers' circuit the Fairfield Horeshoe.

A little further afield

A short distance away are the villages of Hawkshead and Coniston. Hawkshead is a really pretty place and Coniston has the famous Black Bull pub where Coniston Bluebird Ale is brewed on site.
