Apartment 2 was basic and quite small but ideal as a base if you are visiting the area. Nicely laid out with a nice kitchen. Not much of a view from the windows as it is at the back of the property. If we went again would request a room at the front where you can see the illuminations. Clean and comfortable, worth a visit.
The owner Anne gave us lots of local information and recommended a lovely restaurant. Definitely worth going to The Cleveleys, just a short bus ride away.

i have stayed at the seacote 6 times now and always in appartment 2 it is a perfect flat all the amenities you could need also the care and kindness shown by anne and pearce makes you feel right at home appartment 2 is great for me as it has a shower which i prefare the situation of the seacote is right facing the tram stops and buses and the not having to travel to far for transport is great as we keep coming back to the seacote it shows how expertly run the establishment is i have just returned home with my wife last week and cant wait to return next year well done anne and pearce
