Quiet side street in Clerkenwell in Central London, 5 minutes walk from Farringdon station and also Chancery Lane tube station. Recently converted from a printer's workshop, all fittings and furnishings in the house were new in 2016.

The house is set out over 4 floors, with a cool, loft-style living space on the top floor for maximum light and a view over London roof tops.

Architect-designed and added to the building in 2015, the third floor offers a cool, loft-style living space where you can cook, eat and relax at the end of a busy day touring the city.

Here you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dvd player, xbox and comfortable seating.

About the neighbourhood
Clerkenwell is part of old London. 5 minutes walk away you'll find the medieval St John's Gate, the Order of St John Priory Church and its 12th century crypt. But London doesn't stand still and Clerkenwell is a bustling area of town with trendy cafes, a street-food market, London's jewellery quarter on Hatton Garden and a good number of cool restaurants and bars serving the after-work crowd throughout the week.

When the office workers have left for the day, the area quietens down and so while you are in Central London, close to all the shopping hot spots and must-see attractions, you can relax in the evening and sleep soundly.

Or you can stay up all night; the clubs and bars of trendy Hoxton and Shoreditch are 25 minutes walk away.
Getting around
The nearest tube (metro or subway) stations are Farringdon on the Circle line and Chancery Lane on the Central line. But you can walk to some of the major sights eg St Paul's Cathedral in the financial district (the City of London) is 15 minutes walk away.

You can take the Heathrow Express train from Heathrow Airport to Paddington (15 minutes) and take the tube from Paddington station to Farringdon (20 minutes), so a journey time of 50 minutes from Heathrow to the house.

Or you can drive here and store your car in our garage during your stay.
