This lovely maisonette is a wonderful base for a family visit to London right in the middle of Chelsea. Within a 5 minute walk in one direction you are on the Kings Road with a wealth of shopping and restaurants and in 5 minutes in the other direction, you are in the beautiful open space of Battersea Park, with 200 acres of riverside greenery to walk in and explore.

The maisonette inside is flooded with natural light and is furnished in a contemporary style with the main sitting room looking out over Oakley street which to the right leads directly onto the Kings Road.

The bathrooms are clean and modern and one of them has a stylish walk in shower but for more pampering and a little luxury, the second one has a bath tub for you to relax in after a busy day exploring the capital.

Beautiful flat in Chelsea with everything you need in it. Close to Kings road, Battersea Park , lots of great English pubs and easy walk to Sloane square. Love this place. Great base for our London holiday . Nick and Ed from A place like...More

About the neighbourhood
This is a very classy and well established district in London and the main parts of Chelsea are centred around the Kings Road. The exclusivity of Chelsea and the high property prices has given rise to the name of Sloane Ranger which describes some of the residents in a tongue and cheek fashion. Chelsea also is home to one on the largest American communities outside the USA and recent figures showed that over 6% of Chelsea residents were born in the USA.
High class shopping, great people watching and a large variety of restaurants and bars make this a very desirable area to spend time in whilst in London. Chelsea is also well served with good public transport links and Sloane Square underground station which has been open since 1868.
Getting around
The Kings Road and all it's busses is just 2 minutes away.
Sloane Square is a 15 minute walk away.

How to get there
The flat is fantastically located just 2 minutes from the Kings Road where you'll find busses that will take you to all the corners of London.
Sloane Square station is a 15 min walk away and this makes for easy transport to and from Heathrow. You can take the Piccadilly Line (eastbound) to Earls Court where you change onto the District Line (eastbound) and get off at Sloane Square. Gatwick would require you to take the Gatwick Express to Victoria and from there you can get the underground taking the Circle Line westbound and exit at Sloane Square.
