There is plenty of space to store your favourite clothes in, so yes – bring that blazer with you, you’ll find space. Enjoy the privacy of the family bathroom. No one will bother you while getting ready for a day of exploring and you’ll be able to enjoy a long, relaxing bath in all calm. Soft, cotton towels and toiletries will be provided to each guest. The bright living room is the heart of the apartment, with an outstanding view of the neighbourhood. Elegant, wooden floors add contemporality to the room, enhancing the comfy sofa and the modern interiors. Enjoy sharing your best memories of the day with your friends and family. And if you’re looking for snacks, head to the kitchen. This modern room has a lovely L-shaped peninsula, with polished marble counters, and has everything you need to prepare mouth-watering dishes for you and your family. London is the very place where you can taste cuisines from all over the world: why not trying to prepare some curry yourself? Appliances are very easy to use and there’s plenty of space to move around. My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. High chairs and travel cots can be provided on request. Access Guests can access the entire property. It is paramount that we are respectful towards our neighbours. Interaction My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know London like the back of their hand! I trust them to look after you and give you a warm welcome! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the channel platform. Neighborhood Urban Meadow at the top of Queensway and Patisserie Valerie at the bottom are good for coffee and cake and breakfast. So is Planet Organic. But there are loads of other options, chain and local caffe. Restaurants I rate nearby are the Hereford on Hereford Road for seasonal British; and its 2 Persian neighbours. On Westbourne Grove: Lokkanta for great Turkish and takeaway, Alounak (cheap Persian) and al Waha for Lebanese, C&R for Japanese. Assaggi on Chepstow Road does excellent pizza and pasta on the ground floor and has an interesting Italian wine list. The Cow and the Westbourne pubs are good for food, drink and atmosphere (closer pubs are all chains, so fine for a beer or spirits and crisps but food mediocre at best). The Champion on Bayswater Road en route to Notting is also good. Slightly further is the Churchill on Kensington Church Street, famous for its over the top floral displays, good Guinness and cheap authentic Thai food; and the Windsor Castle, on the corner of Campden Hill Rd and Peel Street (quaint nooks and crannies and beer garden, good basic pub grub). Further along Westbourne Grove and down along Portobello there is much more.... For the best curry, its worth catching the tube to Edgware Road and walking to Lahore on Church Street. Take your own beer or wine. Malabar on Uxbridge Street behind the Coronet cinema on Notting Hill Gate is good but mild and more pricey. Transit Notting Hill Gate tube station is just a 4-minute walk away from the apartment. This connects you to the Central, Circle and District lines. From here you can go directly to iconic London site, such as Westminster, Victoria and Sloane Square. Paddington Station is 3 stops away from there via Circle and District lines. It's one of the main hubs for national rail services, including trains to and for Heathrow, 35 minutes from there. If you fancy a ride, Uber is a nice (and cheaper) alternative to taxis.
