It is about a ten minute walk to Ealing Broadway station on the District and Central tube lines and also the Elizabeth line with a direct, fast service to stations including Bond Street, Canary Wharf and London’s Heathrow airport. The flat, with wooden flooring throughout, has a wonderful sense of space and light. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished with lovely, homely touches by its current owner. Please note this flat does not have a lift. It is entered via a large hallway leading directly onto the spacious open-plan reception room. The well-designed accommodation makes excellent use of the space and includes a designated dining zone for up to four people which can also be used to study or work from home. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering guests with amenities including a dishwasher, coffee maker and range cooker. There is also a small breakfast bar for meal preparation or a morning coffee. The master bedroom with attractive wood-panelled walls has a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe storage. The second bedroom has a single bed which can be converted to a double (please see pictures) upon request at the time of booking. Please note extra charges will apply. The family bathroom has a small bathtub, overhead and handheld shower, large sink unit with storage underneath and vanity mirror. The Location The flat is set in a quiet, private development, less than half a mile to Ealing Broadway station with a wide selection of transport links. Ealing Broadway station is currently served by the District and Central Underground lines with easy access into Paddington, Notting Hill and Earl’s Court. The newly opened Elizabeth line (Crossrail) takes passengers through Central London to Canary Wharf and westwards to Heathrow. Ealing Broadway has a wide range of shops and amenities and is a short walk to the open spaces of Haven Green and Montpelier Park.
