The apartment is in a nearly new building (3 years old). The building has a mini market, a cocktail bar and 5 restaurants all reachable in just 1 minute. Brick Lane is just 1 minute walk away. There are many eateries and bars in the area within a few minutes walk from the apartment. London's centre of gravity has moved eastwards and Shoreditch/Brick Lane/Hoxton/Spitalfields are the most happening parts of London. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the area.
