The apartment block is in an ideal place to enjoy everything that Whitby has to offer. It's spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, and has basement parking for your car. There is also a lift to make carry cases etc back and forward much easier.
We've stayed in a number of properties in Whitby over the past few years, and this one is one we'd definitely recommend.
There are a couple of minor things that need improving. Hooks for clothes on the back of the bathroom doors would help. The main bathroom has a loose floor tile near to the shower cubicle, and an uneven one near the sink. The table on the balcony should probably be smaller to allow for an extra seat as there's only seating for 2 people. The balcony door would benefit from having a hook on it so you wouldn't need to prop it open.
My only gripe, is that I contacted the owner/manager at the start of our stay to ask for an extra pillow because a bedroom was one short, and although I was told the cleaner would drop it off the next day, no pillow arrived.

Fantastic apartment Great WIFI and Secure Parking, Easy Location to town.
Location is very useful as it is a very short walk into town or the beach, WIFI is the fastest we have every had at a holiday location which was very useful as we were trading at Whitby Goth weekend. The Secure parking was also very good for the same reason.
Definitely recommended.

Lovely apartment
Stayed here for three nights with my wife and 10 year old son. The communications from the property owner were immediate and comprehensive with a really useful guide to the apartment, places to eat and things to do and places to go in the area posted out. Furnished tastefully to a high standard we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would have no hesitation going back.

Great accommodation in Whitby
A little pre-Christmas break in Whitby, using this wonderful, high-spec, comfy and secure apartment as our base. Well placed behind Pannett Park in a peaceful area and only a 10-minute walk (downhill) to the swing bridge.
As mentioned, the secure under-croft parking space is a boon as is the lift up from the communal hall.
Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone and congratulations to Richard and Rob for a splendid flat.
PS we had our usual tea at the Magpie which was as tasty as ever, but we also visited Cosa Nostra in Church Street and were impressed by the food and the lovely service.

Great Apartment at Caedmans Prospect
A beautiful apartment all facilities excellent the park opposite is magnificent and well worth a visit and the jewel in the crown is the secure car park. Will definitely return.

Excellent apartment
Apartment close to town centre a bit of a hill to climb okay going down a bit of a struggle for us 4 oldies getting up so we got a taxi 5pound the apartment was excellent plenty of room for the four of us made better by having 2bathrooms comfy beds and the quietness made for a good nights sleep very good weather which was a bonus all in all we agreed it was a great break in a excellent apartment just like to thank Richard who always answered any questions we put to him hope to return

Fab apartment!
We had a great week at this lovely apartment. Everything was as described, very well furnished and equipped. Great location, 10 minute walk through the park and you're in centre of town. We had a great week and hope to come back again.

First Class Accommodation
Just returned from a 4 night stay at his apartment. A Lovely clean, modern apartment - very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. 2 large bedrooms -1 King size bed with en-suite shower & w.c. , one twin bedded room with separate w.c. bath and shower. Beautiful modern kitchen, well equipped with adjoining sitting room, large tv, 2 x double settees dining table and lovely solid oak furniture. Underground parking included. We'll be back!!

This self catering, two bedroom apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Whitby and North Yorkshire. It's peaceful and secure central location is less than 500 meters from the main shopping streets of Flowergate/Baxtergate and the train station. It is part of the prestigious Caedmon's Prospect development on Chubb Hill Road and sits opposite the splendid Victorian Pannett Park, which has attractive gardens; children's play area and the Whitby Museum.
The furnished balcony has views over a large grassed area and is just a 5 minute walk to the town's main attractions, shops, beach and many restaurants and bars. Its a great place to use as a base to visit the many things that the area has to offer. Whitby has many theamed weekends during the year such as;-

a town with really something for everyone, which is way its one of the UK favourate palces to visit.
