Really nice place in York for long weekend or a weeks family trip. Lots of space and right around the corner (5 min walk) from the old cathedral. Would definitely recommend!

Additional amenities & feature info
This is a lovely quiet flat on the second (top) floor of a four storey building. It has a view of York minster and the city centre. As you walk through the door you walk into a light and carpeted hallway, to your left is the new bathroom, straight ahead the downstairs bedroom, to your right a doorway to the kitchen and dining area and then the stairs leading in two directions, one to the mezzanine bedroom and the other to the mezzanine lounge. The apartment is very light as it has 4 long windows about ten foot long which bring light to both floors. The apartment is very cosy and warm and has all that you would need for your stay. I have lived there myself and have made it very comfortable. The second floor of this building is mainly occupied by business people for second homes or retiremen... more
