This impressive converted property is in the centre of the city, on the very doorstep of all that is interesting and exciting about York, you could not be better placed for a perfect city break, also within walking distance of train station and York race course. The house has gated parking in front of the building. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and light and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard with leather sofas, flat screen TV, and CD player.

There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and a light and airy family bathroom .
With all the local amenities just moments away you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of street entertainers, shops, restaurants/bars/cafes or relax with a peaceful river cruise/walk or a lazy picnic in the Minster Gardens.

The balance of rental is payable four weeks before arrival, should you find it necessary to cancel within four weeks of arrival the payment will not be refunded unless I am able to let the property for the same dates. If you are booking just before arrival then cash on arrival is fine.

For those of you driving there is a secure car park in front of the building with a reservation for one car, and also on street parking for an additional car.
