The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully air conditioned, apartment has been fitted and furnished to the highest standard to ensure your stay is both memorable and enjoyable. Much attention to detail has been spent in ensuring everything you may need has been provided.

Access to the property is via lift/stairs from a secure entrance adjacent to a handy Sainsburys Local supermarket. Our meet and greet service will meet you at the ground floor entrance, will give you the Parking Permit if required (allowing free parking in the Bootham Row public car park adjacent to the property), and will take you up to the apartment on the third floor, to show you around.

The apartment was located within a minute walk of the Bootham Gate and 2 minutes to the Minister and had a convenience store close by. Absolutely fantastic location. We had a wonderful stay. The flat is beautifully appointed, in an excellent location and is simply a great base to enjoy York and the surrounding area from. The flat itself is comfortable, spotless and extremely well furnished with some great touches like a huge DVD and Blu-Ray library and has everything in it you could possibly want. Thoroughly recommended.

The location of the aprtment is perfect a simple walk to shops, restaurants & everything else you could think of. It's approx 15-20min walk from the train station or you have an allocated car parking space if you arrive by car but have to say walking in York is far easier than driving. Modern air conditioning units of the type fitted in our apartment are installed with a small pump that removes any condensation created in the wall unit. Service Charge. We apply a service charge in addition to the nightly rates in order to ensure that average total nightly costs reduce, the longer our guests stay. The variable charge covers the provision of towels/bedding and an end-of-stay clean; for longer stays we provide additional mid-stay/weekly cleaning and changes of towels/linen. The service charge rates are: 2-8 nts - £100, 9-14 nts - £160, 15-21 nts - £220, 22-31 nts - £280.
Damage Deposit. Guests are required to provide a refundable £200 damage deposit. In the event that the apartment requires a more comprehensive clean than is normal (for example if someone has smoked in the apartment), an extra cleaning charge may be made. Accidental breakages such as broken glassware or crockery will not be charged, but damage to furniture, carpets or equipment, may be charged, depending on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair/replacement.
