42 Haxby Road is a beautifully presented “Mews” style home. Ideally located being a five minute walk from Gillygate and the City Walls leading into York and all it has to offer. The property has been fully renovated to a high specification. To the ground floor there is a large fully fitted Kitchen/Family Room with sofa and dining table with doors leading out to the 'light well'. A Tassimo drinks machine is provided with a selection of beverage pods.

The property provides accommodation for up to 6 people set over 2 floors.

Three x flat screen TVs with Sky Plus HD including movies and sports package are available.

A garage and off street parking is provided for 2 cars. The property is located near Clarence Gardens.

We have just got back from the light well after having a family weekend away. The house is beautiful and the lady who owns the house is a fantastic host. Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back here. It's a short walk into the centre and very quiet area. We were swapped to this house last minute...

We have just spent 4 nights at The Light Well. We all loved it, the house was immaculate, lots of attention to detail and an excellent finish everywhere. The kids loved the attic room as a playroom and the underfloor heating in the kitchen. Really handy for the City Centre and off road parking for two cars. Opposite a really...

Superb In every way!!!!! Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful accommodation, everything we could have needed. Lovely and clean plenty of space for 6 of us, lovey welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates.10 mins to the centre of York, would recommend to family and friends and defiantly stay again if we return to York!!!!!
