Much attention to detail has been spent in ensuring everything you may need has been provided. Following feedback from our guests, we have installed full air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. It was lovely to spend a few days here in York, and David's apartment is beautifully set up, and in a great location. We have just returned from our 4 night stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We would definitely stay again. Ideal location for all that York as to offer!

We stayed here for three days, one of which was rainy. The apt itself is very conveniently located, with only a very short walk to take you to most places of interest. Very clean and well appointed... With quality fixtures in the bathroom..... Sainsburys is nearly nxt door... Pubs and restaurants a few minutes away... Parking is in the next...

The service charge rates are: 2-8 nts - £100, 9-14 nts - £160, 15-21 nts - £220, 22-31 nts - £280. For those arriving by car/motorcycle, York is accessed from a network of good quality motorways and dual carriageways, with free parking for one vehicle provided in the public car park adjacent to the apartment, and secure cycle storage/motorcycle parking on the ground floor. York is 45 minutes drive from Leeds/Bradford airport, less than an hour's drive from Sheffield/Doncaster Airport and about one and a half hour's drive from Manchester and East Midlands airports, served by a mixture of scheduled, charter and low-cost airlines from around Europe and beyond.
