We provide fresh bed linen, towels, iron & ironing board and cleaning supplies. The newly fitted bathroom includes a Shower with a Bath, Toilet and Pedestal Sink ##NOTE: Discounted Rates for a Week or over and a Month or over## There are some excellent cafes for breakfast, traditional local pubs and restaurants, all within a few minutes walking distance, serving breakfast, afternoon teas and dinner. Choose Gastro-Pub or traditional Pub Grub from the two local public houses. There's even a bakery selling freshly baked bread. I am a short distance away and available by phone between 7.30am and 9pm 7 days a week (We have a baby!) My tenants, in the big house opposite, maybe available after a few rings of the doorbell.. I have tradesmen available on call should anything drastic occur (This is a newly refurbished property - I'm hoping what you have just read will not happen!)

About the neighbourhood
Netheredge has a good mix of people that only can be described as Cosmopolitan.. Being a major City, this part of Netheredge (from me owning the property for almost 20 years) is 99.9% trouble free - The property is at the top of a dead end road, so there is little traffic on the road OR pavement/sidewalk.. The bottom of the road has all the local amenities anyone/or a family would need - 150 metres max! AND that INCLUDES a Traditional UK ((Sports)) Pub, bakery, 2x mini markets, cafes, Zeds organic food and many more - A further 150 metres down the road are a few 'cool-bars!' A very middle-class but good value for money (property-wise) area. Well connected to Sheffield centre/Train Station - Chesterfield, Dronfield AND the M1 motorway
Getting around
Car, Bike, Bus - No problem - The City Centre (Currently - Oct 2018) isn't restricted or charged to cars entering .. Multiple bus routes inside 300 metres from the property - Taxis into the centre are cheap £5 ish - due to our proximity to Sheffield centre.. Ecclesall Road (Eccy Beach!) with our top bars and hangouts is 15 mins walk / 4 mins in a cheap taxi :-)
