We booked Broad Street House for a hen do and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I’d highly recommend to anyone of thinking of booking for a group of friends.
It was spacious enough for 12 guests, we could even all sit at the dining table or lounge area at the same time. It was really clean and tidy, and you can tell it’s well looked after by the owners. The owners are also really helpful and responsive to any queries you have, and are also very generous with check in / check out times.
The location was perfect with only a 1 or 2 minute walk from bars and clubs such as sub 13, Circo cellar, slug and lettuce, Revolution etc. And it was only a 12 minute walk from the train station so no taxis needed at all. We had a takeaway and food shop delivered and they had no problems finding the place.
The price was really reasonable and there was a very low damage deposit, some other places nearby wanted 4 or 5 times as much so as the organiser it was stress free. It was also paid back within less than a week of departure.
The key pad entry is a nice touch as it meant people could go home early without having to share keys or worry about letting anyone in.
The apartment was split over 2 floors (kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom on one and then 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor). It was all single beds including 2 bunk beds which was absolutely fine for us. (Top tip - we found the bedroom next to the kitchen really quiet as it doesn’t face the street, so would be great for any light sleepers)
Don’t over do it on the frozen goods as the freezer is a small section inside fridge. We only used it for ice anyway. Kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra wine fridge which was really handy given it was a hen do and lots of Prosecco consumed!!
No WiFi but the 4G signal is really strong!
We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

The perfect place to celebrate!
We booked Broad Street House for a special celebration & it certainly didn't disappoint! The accommodation is perfect for a large group. It's beautifully furnished, well equipped & spacious. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the Spa, shops, pubs & supermarkets. We will definitely return!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in bath
We stayed here for a hen party and it could not have been more perfect. The rooms were spacious, particularly the kitchen and living room which has enough room for all 12 guests. The beds were comfy and it had all the amenities needed.
The location of this house is also perfect as you are right in the centre, with bars and restaurants really close by. This really is a perfect place to stay for a hen party, or a group gathering.

Excellent stay, great for hen parties!
We had an excellent stay here. Location is great, it’s very homely and nice decoration. The only thing I have to mention is the light coloured curtain with a street lamp right out the window! And for those light sleepers, it is noisy! But that’s me being picky. We had a great time and definitely would consider booking again!

Ok but quite a few negatives
We stayed here as a group for NYE. The place is nice, but with quite a few frustrations. We arrived and the place was cold and took quite a while to get up to a comfortable temperature. In the living room, the lack of sidelights meant the only option was bright main light or wall lights. There was no rug, and the room is quite spartan, and no extra heater seemed to be available. The lack of wifi was a surprise, and small TV was not brilliant for a big group.
The kitchen was ok, bit under-equiped, and oven temperature was way off. The bedrooms all have 3 beds to a room, so not great for groups of couples and a bit more like a nice hostel. Lack of adequate side light in bedrooms, means less than one per bed. The convenient central location also means very noisy at night, and thin curtains means rooms quite bright at night with streetlights. All in all felt expensive for a place that felt mainly about income for owners and not about creating a great stay for guests.

Thanks for your comments. The vibrant city centre location over New Year's Eve doesn't always suit older visitors and modern interiors / lighting are sometimes not to the taste of maturer age groups.

No better apartment in Bath!
What a fantastic weekend we had staying at the Broad Street house! Booked for a hen do for 9 of us. The rooms are spacious and kitchen/sitting room area is an absolute dream. Perfect for a social group! Location is amazing and very close to all Bath has to offer.
I would most definitely recommend for anyone looking for a lovely apartment to stay!

Spacious and comfortable town house
I was part of a party of 12 that stayed at Broad street house. Even with all the beds filled there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. The central location of this property suited us perfectly. It had everything we needed in terms of seating and appliances. I would definitely stay again.

Brilliant location
A lovely house in a perfect location for shops, restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend.
Only negatives are it was very loud at night due to no double glazing and lots of pubs/ clubs nearby .. also the seagulls woke us up! Only other thing is there is no WiFi

Fab house and location!
What a brilliant house in a wonderful location. Spotless presentation. Really great for a hen weekend for 11 of us. No wi fi but good 4g. Waitrose and lots of eating places close by. Bit noisy at times but you would expect that with the location. Would recommend!

Beautiful house, highly recommend
Beautiful house in a great location. This house is ideal for a hun do as it sleeps 12 people comfortably in 4 rooms, 2 nice size bathrooms, a big kitchen and a big lounge area, where everyone sat comfortably. Theres an extra fridge for drinks and a few supplies were left in the kitchen, very helpful.
Dan was easy to communicate with and the instructions for getting access in to the house were easy.
I would highly recommend this house, we loved it.
