Free Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the apartment. The oak dining table with comfortable dining chairs for four is perfect for dining at home. The sleek contemporary kitchen has granite worktops and high quality fitted appliances, including a ceramic hob, full size oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a microwave and a 'Nespresso' coffee machine (we provide some coffee pods to get you started). You will find a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware – including champagne glasses for any celebrations! A washer/dryer is housed in a utility cupboard in the hallway. The two peaceful bedrooms both have luxurious super kingsize (6ft/180 cm) beds with crisp pure cotton bed linens, pure lambswool throws and plenty of pillows and cushions. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and plenty of soft, fluffy towels and toiletries. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This apartment is just what you want when staying in Bath. It’s a 10 minute walk into the town centre with all its bright things to offer. It’s roomy and comfortable and ideal for four people sharing. It has all the amenities you require for a short or longer stay. Nothing has been forgotten. The beds are large and so comfortable. The flat itself is in a quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. We found the Griffin pub and a delicious fish and chip restaurant Sea Shells very close to the apartment. We also dined at Sotto Sotto. All highly recommended. We would definitely recommend a stay at this five star apartment.

Fabulous
We stayed here with friends for three nights. The apartment is lovely; very clean, quiet and comfortable with everything that you need. The beds are blissfully soft and comfy, ensuring a good nights sleep. There is secure parking as well, which is a bonus in Bath. You can then walk everywhere as the centre of Bath isn’t far to walk to. Alison has made an excellent guide that is very informative and tells you everything that you need to know. She also left a lovely welcome tray with fresh homemade bread, milk, butter, cereals and tea and coffee. Amazing, and very nice to be able to enjoy tea and toast when we arrived.

Great
Location was fabulous, communication throughout was brilliant. Very easy to find, parking space was a big help. Flat itself was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Beds were really comfy and having the balcony doors that we could open was very nice. Rooms were a good size and having two ba to rooms with showers was great for our family. A high quality place that we would definitely stay in again.

Loved staying in this flat. A great location so close to the city centre, with absolutely everything I needed. Spotlessly clean, and it was great to have private parking. Highly recommend.

Lovely break after lockdown
Modern first floor flat in easy walking distance of Bath city centre with private secure parking. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a welcoming pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk as well as cereal and homemade bread for breakfast the next day. There was a large Sainsbury's 10 minutes walk away though driving would take longer! The owner recommended places to eat and we were not disappointed. She also arranged for a meal to be delivered on the day we arrived. Bath was starting to reopen after lockdown and we were able to visit the cathedral and the Roman Baths. One hour to Stourhead and one hour to Slimbridge.

Christmas in Bath
We chose Bath and this apartment for our Christmas break as we wanted to spend Christmas Eve under the stars in the Thermae Spa. It's a good time of year to go as I understand there may be queues at other times. The apartment was an excellent choice: it was modern, well planned-out and spotlessly clean but with character. We looked out over old Georgian buildings, loving every twist and turn of ancient and modern architecture side by side. The river is a short stroll away: we had a very atmospheric walk down one side and back across to The Circus and The Royal Crescent on Christmas Day. There are great cafes and restaurants to call in at, all within easy walking distance.

About the neighbourhood
Bath really does have something for everyone, from beautiful architecture to tempting independent shops, world-famous sights, elegant gardens for relaxing and spacious parks where children can let off steam. There are numerous cultural festivals that attract world-class performers, including the famous Bath International Music Festival and an excellent theatre where you can see productions before they transfer to the West End. The welcoming family atmosphere of Bath Rugby will appeal to anyone who likes sport. There is horse racing at Bath Racecourse, car and motorcycle racing at Castle Combe and numerous golf clubs, both in and just outside Bath. For walkers or cyclists, there are endless beautiful routes to take, many of which start from the apartment(to the rear of the apartment is a private lockable storage room which is ideal for safe storage of bikes and muddy boots). Other activities include cookery schools, glass blowing, chocolate making, etc., etc..... Of course, Bath is famous for its Roman Baths and you can now bathe in Britain's only natural thermal spa at Thermae Bath Spa. Shopping here is a pleasure - Bath is great for a spot of retail therapy! In short, there is lots to choose from!
