Glastonbury Rose is a lovely house to use as quiet base for your visit. Located just near the centre, lovely shops and the Abbey are closeby. The house is carefully equiped with anything you might need; the kitchen also has supplies upon arrival which is comforting after a long trip. The master bed room has a view of the Tor,...

The Glastonbury Rose flat was extremely comfortable, clean, superbly organized for a travellor's needs and had wonderful energy. The town of Glastonbury has a lot to offer, and it is also a good centre for exploring the lovely Somerset countryside. This little cottage near the centre is beautifully furnished and maintained, providing a lovely peaceful centre for a holiday.

We truly care about our guests, and are available at any time to answer any questions or make recommendations on outings or places to go and eat. We are seasoned travellers ourselves, and have a good idea what people want, and have over 10 years experience in this industry.

We know (besides all the extras) the most important thing on holiday is a good nights rest, so have made sure to get great quality beds and linens. And for your convenience (so you don't have to run out the door the minute you arrive) we have basics waiting for you...tea/coffee/cereal/milk etc. We can provide a memory foam mattress, or single air bed for an extra person.

There is a quaint outside decked terrace to sit out ! There is also a good selection of cookware and crockery to make meals with.

About the neighbourhood
There are ALWAYS things going on in Glastonbury! For every interest! But mostly, Glastonbury is a place of pilgrimage and transformation. There is always a talk to attend, a festival or symposium of some sort, a show, or an event. Places of local interest are the Chalice Well Peace Gardens, the Tor, Glastonbury Abbey, Rural Life Museum, and the remains of the Holy Thorn Tree on Wearyal Hill! There are numerous cafes to sit outside and watch the world go bye. It's a place to just BE! The cafes and restaurants are only two minutes walk away. No need for a car.
