Just 10 minutes walk from Wells Cathedral, the house (Cathedral View) is i deal for couples and/or parties of up to seven visitors. It is well appointed, in a quiet location and unusual for the city centre, it offers off road parking. more

I stayed here with family visiting from Perth Western Australia.This beautiful apartment In Wells was a lovely place to stay. Clean, fully equipped, roomy and comfortable. Suzanne was friendly and very accommodating wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. more

We stayed with another family over a weekend . Ample space for 8 in very well appointed house in great location . Couldn't fault it. Highly recommend. more

On the ground floor you will find a downstairs toilet, fully fitted kitchen, and a spacious lounge/diner.

The toilet has a toilet, wash basin and a washer/drier.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, combination microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

You can relax and entertain in the spacious lounge/diner which has dining table and chairs to seat up to 8 people. There are two comfortable futon sofas and a large flat screen freeview television, along with DVD player and a selection of DVD's to entertain you on those wet days and dark evenings when you just want to curl up in front of the TV.

SHORT BREAKS
Two night short break bookings cost 50% of the weekly rate, three or four night short break bookings cost 70% of the weekly rate.

LAST MINUTE BREAKS
25% discount on weekly price for parties of 5 or fewer if booked within 14 days of the day of arrival
30% discount on weekly price for 2 people or fewer if booked within 7 days of the day of arrival.

PAYMENT
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay, together with a £250 breakages deposit.
After your stay, the breakages deposit will be returned subject to final inspection.

We prefer payment by Direct Bank Transfer but do also accept cheques or cash.


Guests may arrive after 4pm on their day of arrival and must depart by 10am on their day of departure. Electricity and gas are included in the rental price. Bed linen and Towels provided.

Only 1 hour from the M4 at Bristol/Bath
Bristol Airport is only 1 hour away and is served by both EasyJet and RyanAir

Drive:
The M4 and M6 connect to the M5 which brings most of the UK with a few hours drive of Wells.

Note:There is one parking space (off street) and plenty of on street parking around the property.

M5, north or south, J21 or 22. Follow A38 and A371 signed for Wells.

From the east use M4 to Bath or Bristol then follow the signs to Wells.

Alternatively use the M3 and A303 cutting along the Mendip Hills via Frome and Shepton Mallett following the signs to Wells.
