Local shops in Bramley include a Supermarket, choice hairdressers, electrical shop, florist, newsagent and Boots the chemist and a lovely cozy and popular Pub. For commuters a 7-10 minute drive takes you to the nearest main line station, Farncombe which is only a 40 minute train ride to London Waterloo and offers inexpensive parking. Gatwick and Heathrow are just a 45 -60 minute drive away. Furthermore we ensure a strict non-smoking policy on the premises and can cater for well behaved pets. It is essential to have a car unless you are an avid cyclist. Your entrance is onto a decked secluded patio area with table and two chairs and outdoor sofa. Car parking is only 10 metres away. Entry to a porch area, before stepping into new Kitchen with solid oak polished worktops. Built-in appliances include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric fan oven, smooth top hob with extractor fan. Rented both the flat and another room for work purposes in the area. Ideal set up, full kitchen including dishwasher. Bedrooms comfortable, spacious and very clean. Good pressure shower. Only negative is the phone signal and the wifi very hit and miss. A few local...More

Farncombe railway station (10 mins) has direct connections to London and free parking on some local streets
How to get there
From London take A3 South off Exit 10 of M25. Drive through Guildford one-way system and follow signs to A281 Horsham. After approximately 3.5 miles turn right at mini roundabout in Bramley. Go 2/3 mile turn right into Iron Lane, Go further 1/3 mile turn right into our driveway. Orchard Paddocks sign can be seen from road. GU5 0BY is the postcode that will take you to the entrance of our driveway. Then we are 500m at the end of the shared drive.
