Adjacent is the second lodge which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with flushing toilet and wash hand basin. Both lodges benefit from central heating controlled by you on a thermostat. They have their own enclosed garden area complete with outside dining table and chairs, charcoal BBQ and salt water hot tub. Towels and linen included. For those really small guests, we have a high chair, and travel cot upon request. The saltwater hot tub is available for your own personal use at an additional cost of £150 per stay. We empty the spa and refill it for each party coming in. The price includes 1200 litres of water, refill of salt and enough Kw of electricity to heat it. Providing you replace the cover and turn off the jets when it is not in use you will not run out of your allocated amount of electric units. Because we have other guests on the farm by replacing the cover after use it keeps everyone safe. Children must be accompanied.  We have chosen a chemical-free Hot tub which is in line with our green policy.  It is a fantastic place to sit at night watching the stars. There is a selection of indoor and outdoor games and a small play park. An ideal centre from which to explore the Midlands, the Cotswolds and Shakespeare Country with its rich tapestry of culture, superb country houses gardens and lots of interesting things to do and see. The NEC and the NIA are easily accessible and within 30 mins of the Farm. Golf, horse riding, fishing and horse racing are nearby. The well-known town of Stratford-upon Avon is 10 minutes drive away. Set in surrounding farmland, this retreat makes the most of its open countryside, offering views of the Malvern Hills with their superb evening sunsets, breeding buzzards nest in the surrounding hedgerow and pheasant and partridge together with deer are common to the surrounding fields. The Village of Inkberrow (one of the villages used in the Radio4 Archers series) with the old Bull and Village shop, is just 2 miles from the Farm, The Roman Market Town of Alcester hosts a range of Traditional Pubs and Inns together with local shops and Tea & Coffee Rooms. The Neighbouring Ragley Estate home to the 9th Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and their four children occupies some of the surrounding farmland, this hosts The Game Fair and many seasonal events throughout the year. Farming seasonal activities by arrangement including lambing, shearing, cherry and mushroom picking. Air rifle shooting and all terrain vehicle experience subject to availability and a charge. Closed-circuit television is in place to protect all of the farm. Please note: We also have 2 other properties on the farm which also accommodate 6 persons. You will find them on this site The Granary Property number 102237 and The Coach House property number 102236, therefore, larger numbers can be catered for.More

About the neighbourhood
Just 15 mins From Stratford-upon-Avon the birthplace of William Shakespeare is steeped in culture and history. Set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon, it is one of the most important tourist destinations in the UK. Using the Stratford district as a base, you can enjoy the delights not only of Shakespeare home town, but also the nearby surrounding shire counties of Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Enjoy Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds to the south, Worcester and the Malverns to the west, Warwick Castle and Henley in Arden to the north. For theatre goers there is always something showing at the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) with a full set of programmes throughout the year.
Getting around
The property shares the unique micro climate of the Vale of Eversham, famous for its fruit growing region, the weather here is typically warmer and sunnier than other locations within the region. For an excellent meal out try the Broom Tavern B50 4HL only 4 miles away. They have recently won Gastro Pub of the Year for the West Midlands. Mention you are staying with us and they will look after you especially well. We are 20 mins from Worcester, 15 mins from Stratford and 30 mins from Warwick. The nearby village of Inkberrow and the Old Bull shares its location with the long running Radio 4 Archers series.
