Interaction with guests
The Coach House is on the site of Oaks Barn Farm where Sue & Wayne live. The vast majority of the time they are on hand to meet and greet you. There is a key safe to the property, details to access the Granary if they are not on hand will be sent through to you beforehand via email. Please let the owners know your expected time of arrival. Guests can be as on hands as they would like, there are always plenty of jobs to do on the farm however during the summer months when the sheep have been turned out to pasture there is less work to be done.

A beautiful part of the country to stay with very comfortable accommodation. Wayne and Sue were very welcoming, offering to help unload the car and providing us immediately with a fresh supply of eggs. Would definitely go back.

Oaks Barns is located just off a main road which gives easy access to Stratford, but manages in spades to feel right in the middle of beautiful countryside with pleasant vista's from the well proportioned and well maintained rear garden.
