My mother rented this place and I stay with her. I found everything to be wonderful, very modern, in a nice quite area, not very far from the town centre. The place was clean and extremely well presented when we arrived, everything was provided for us. We had everything that we needed, all cutlery and utensils were provided. I had a lovely stay, would recommend it to anymore, a very pretty place, very happy with this stay.

Situated in a relatively newly built area, lovely, safe and quiet. Although this property is a little outside of the town centre, we found it easy to find and very very comfortable.

4 nights: 80% of the weekly rent.
5 nights: 85% of the weekly rent.
6 nights: 90% of the weekly rent.

About the neighbourhood
Longley Road is set just outside the centre of the historic cathedral city of Chichester. It is within walking distance of the famous Festival Theatre and Cathedral, as well as the many shops and restaurants on offer. Chichester is an historic city with strong Roman connections and has an enormous array of things to do and places to visit. The city is blessed with a variety of beautiful architecture, with great care having been taken to preserve its character. The ancient walls surround the city centre and one can walk along them, through various scenic parks. There is a thriving tennis and squash club, along with various fitness and health clubs and there is a selection of shops and restaurants, the latter offering excellent choices for the most varied culinary tastes.
