Ivy Cottage nestles in the Malvern Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage enjoys an elevated position with panoramic views across the beautiful Severn Valley. Its location, 35 minutes walk into Great Malvern, is ideal for exploring the Hills and surroundings all year round. The accommodation comprises a well equipped kitchen, a utility room with laundry and ironing facilities, a dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and separated bathroom with a shower, a bath and WC on the first floor. All Rentals include central heating, hot water, electricity, linen and towels. Travel cot and high chair are provided at no extra cost, but you should bring your own cot linen please. TERMS & CONDITIONS OCCUPANCY The cottage is only to be occupied by the people named on the Booking or whose names have been provided in advance. Names MUST be provided IN ADVANCE for everyone who stays overnight in the cottage. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES We ask guests to leave the cottage by 11am and ask new guests not to arrive before 4pm, so that there is time for the cottage to be cleaned and set ready. 
Earlier or later arrivals ONLY by advance arrangement with us. Minimum 24 hrs. Please note that the cottage may not be ready earlier than the time you have arranged with us. If you are delayed on your journey please contact us as soon as you can. LINEN INCLUDED Bed linen (except for cots), bathroom towels and kitchen linen are provided. BEDS (Additional) Standard baby travel cot is available (linen not provided). HIGH CHAIR High chair is also available by request. GAS & ELECTRICITY The cottage has gas central heating, a combi gas boiler, electric cooker and oven. The cost of gas & electricity are included in the price. Wi-Fi Free access to Ivy Cottage Wi-Fi is available to all our guests. PARKING Parking for two cars at the front of the property. PETS Sorry no pets. SMOKING This is a non-smoking property. FIREPLACE The fireplace in the sitting room MUST not be lit. NOISE We ask all guests to show consideration to the neighbours during your holiday. CLEANING & RUBBISH DISPOSAL It is responsibility of guests to ensure the cottage is left in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. Please ensure the kitchen is clean and all foodstuffs are removed.
 Rubbish & Recycling MUST be appropriately placed in the bins provided at the entrance of the cottage. BREAKAGES Please tell us about any breakages and damage as soon as possible. GUESTS PERSONAL BELONGINGS Ivy Cottage is not responsible for valuables and other personal belongings left on the cottage. Malvern in spring was very beautiful, as ever. This period cottage is full of character and I'd recommend for families with children because the smaller bedroom is very much set up for them (bunk beds, lots of books). The stairs are steep so bear that...More

Great Malvern is a Victorian Water Cure Town, approximately 8 miles (13 km) south-west of the city of Worcester, on the eastern slopes of the ancient Malvern Hills. The Malvern Hills Area was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1959. The designation covers 105 square kilometres and includes parts of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
How to get there
BY CAR Approaching from the South: on the M50 (from Junction 8 of the M5) and exit at the first junction of the M50. Signs pointing to Great Malvern will direct the way (through Upton Upon Severn). Approaching from the North: on the M5 exit at junction 7 and follow directions to Great Malvern. BY AIR Birmingham International Airport (BHX) 75km, about 1h 10m by road. Bristol (BRS) 116km, about 1h 30m by road. Cardiff (CWL) 127km, about 1h 45m by road.
