About the neighbourhood
The parish of Leigh and Bransford lies on the boundary between Worcestershire and Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills dominating the southern skyline and the River Teme forming the northern boundary. It is in a rich farming area, until well after the Second World War hops and fruit were the main agricultural products. The Malvern Hills extend for nine miles and offer ideal walking conditions and spectacular views stretching to the Cotswolds and the Welsh marches. There is something for everyone from guided walks and trails, exploring history at the Heritage centres and local museums, premier theatre or just relaxing in an award winning health spa. History and Heritage Eastnor Castle Croome Park ...
Getting around
A car is advisable but there is a bus from the end of Dingle Road which goes in to Worcester. There are about 4 buses a day.
