We had a great Easter break. The house was perfect – had all we needed. A few nice surprises too - we didn't expect to use washing machine, rotary drier and dishwasher, but they came in useful. We were lucky enough to enjoy the garden...More

Lovely house and garden. Highlights were trips to Tal-y-llyn lake, Nant yr Arian red kite feeding centre and Devils Bridge steam railway. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Beautiful mountain and coastal scenery. Will definitely be back.

This house is very comfortable, well-appointed and very well positioned to access the local coast and countryside. We have stayed here three years running and look forward to a fourth next summer.

Well equipped clean comfortable roomy house , with a quiet , private ,attractive garden with the additional attraction of overhead Red Kite watching .Ideally located for the town and beach and university facilities , including a cheaper local shop for supplies . Wonderful rolling hills...More

Rhoshendre is situated in the area known as Waun Fawr . It is a quiet residential area situated on the edge of the town of Aberystwyth. It has a small supermarket with a post office and another small general shop. The coast and countryside are within a mile. This is an ideal location for town,country or beach.
Getting around
The train offers links to Borth and the coast further north so if you want to walk you can plan your trip back to the house. Buses run in various directions if you feel like leaving the car behind and enjoying the scenery.The town has many taxis centered at the station.
