* At the mini-roundabout: First exit towards Rhyd-Ddu , Penygroes B4418
* Continue until you see the right turn for Rhyd-Ddu. Turn right
* Continue until you get to a T-Junction. Turn right
* Continue towards Talysarn - until you get to a T-Junction
* Nantlle & Rhyd-Ddu are to the right. You need to turn left towards Talysarn
* First right turn into Station Road - Bryncelyn Road and Nantlle Road
* Pass the big old chapel on the left
* On your left you will see 2 new build houses
* You can park in the off-road parking bay at the front of number 10
