We spent 6 nights here from 28th October to 4th November. The cottage was clean and tidy on our arrival. You are expected to leave it clean and tidy as that is how the next guests find it. Duncan ensures very clear instructions for operating...More

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Due to the belligerent attitude of one particular tenant, I have been forced to remove the refund policy when booking via the site. Once a guest has completed a deposit or full payment I will not be able to guarantee a refund, should the booking be subsequently cancelled. This is because the rent payment forms an ongoing part in covering expenses, and may not be recoverable in the days leading to a cancelled period.
