A country house retreat set in a 300 acre working farm amidst picturesque and tranquil countryside in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire. The Celyn, which means 'Holly', boasts oak beams, traditional wood burning stoves and is a beautiful location from which to base your stay in this area. All rooms have panoramic views of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and Gwryne Fawr River. We are set in a peaceful and relaxing area 4 miles south of Crickhowell and 5 miles north of Abergavenny.

We are conveniently located for super walks, bike rides and other tourist activities. The Celyn is ideal for a weekend get-away or a mid-week break.

Although we live in the house too we live in a separate part. All guests have ensuite bathrooms and access to our chill out space with a wood burning fire where you can relax either with a good book or in front of the TV.

I've have just stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful b&b. I was travelling on buisness on my own and was made to feel so welcome. The accommodation was superb as was the breakfast! Thank you.
