Interaction with guests
We enjoy welcoming our guests on arrival and answering any questions you may have. If we are away for any reason our son can meet you or we can provide details of the secure keysafe. We are very flexible and can be as hands on or as hands off as you wish. We live only two miles from Y Gorlan and work from home so we are available during your stay if required. We have collected a lot of brochures and information on walks and attractions in the area. These are available on the dresser in the kitchen / diner. The locals in Rowen have also created an excellent information point inside the old red telephone box next to the Ty Gwyn which is available for everyone to use.

How to get there
Airport: Liverpool: 114.0 km
Railway: Conwy: 7.0 km
Ferry: Holyhead: 69.0 km
Coming from the M6 / M56 / A55. If your sat nav asks you to leave the A55 at junction 19 please ignore it and come off at junction 18, otherwise it will take you the long way around and the road gets very narrow in places, with limited passing places. At junction 18 please follow the signs for Conwy (your sat nav should reroute) and at the mini roundabout adjacent to Conwy castle turn left and go under the archway in the castle walls (B5106). Carry on for 2 miles until you get to the Groes Inn and turn right. Y Gorlan is 2 miles down this road in the centre of Rowen, look for the white iron gates and stone pillars just after the Ty Gwyn pub.
