We provide a very thorough welcome pack which is sent to you when you book. This contains lots of information of how to find the cottage, location of the key safe and a wealth of local knowledge and information of how the cottage runs. I am personally available via email & phone for Questions & advice about your trip. I am based in London myself, we therefor have organised ourselves with a superb team locally should any emergency arise. You have total privacy at the cottage without ever feeling isolated.

Had a really lovely stay! The home was filled with everything you could need and thoughtful touches (welcome basket with goodies!). House was spacious and warm, perfect location to explore. Would recommend!

About the neighbourhood
The cottage is located ideally for all bike enthusiasts with famous Marin Trail situated very close by. There are many walks to be done directly from the cottage itself, including a gentle walk to The Ugly house tea room and Swollow Falls.
Mount Snowdon is reached by car in no more than 20 minutes driving to admire the views!
The stunning Village of Betws y Coed is just 5 minutes in the car.
Near by there are lots of activities to do including, Surf Snowdonia, Tree Tops, Bounce Below and the Zipline to name a few!

The easiest was to get around the area will be by car. There are taxi's available at the station but we would highly recommend pre booking.

The closest train station is Llandudno junction (40 minutes drive) or Betws - y - Coed. (7 minute drive).

The cottage is located a 5 minute drive further on than the beautiful village of Betws - y -Coed.

The cottage itself is beautifully located nestled in the trees at the end of its picturesque driveway. The cottage is reached by passing through a lovely farm, depending on the time of year there are lambs, cows or stunning rolling hills to drive through.
