Ty Gwyneth is a delightful four bedroom housewith one bedroom ensuite, set in lovely countryside but just 7 minutes from M4 junction 36. It overlooks our working farm and is ideal for walking, cycling, surfing, fishing or just chilling out. We have WiFi and are just 15 minutes from the main beaches of Porthcawl and Southerndown and just half an hour from Cardiff. Gower, the Brecon Beacons and wonderful country parks make a great day out. Or try birdwatching at Kenfig SSSi. Golfers are spoiled for choice, with the Royal Porthcawl, Southerndown, the Pyle and Kenfig and a range of other courses. Surfing is a must whatever your age and capability. This spacious cottage had everything that we needed. The bed linen and towels were clean. There was a large garden with a resident duck. It is not 'posh' but we were comfortable and we didn't have to worry about the little one touching anything. There was a rather disconcerting visit from a random man who let himslef in without knocking...

Ty Gwyneth is just a seven minute drive from M4 Junction 36. Take the A4063 for Maesteg, Aberkenfig and servies. Straight through the traffic lights with the services on the left as you proceed downhill. Keep in the right hand lane and follow the sign for B4281 Aberkenfig and Pyle, then straight across the small roundabout (second exit) heading for Cefn Cribwr. DON'T GO INTO ABERKENFIG.<BR>After about a mile you will come to the Fountain Inn, turn right and cross a level crossing, passing a nature reserve centre on your left and turning left at the junction after that. Head west for about a mile until you reach Ffordd y Gyfraith crossroads.
