​The three Whiteshell chalets have one bedroom with a double bed. They also have a fold down bed in the living area, too – ideal for a child or extra adult guest. The living, dining area and fitted kitchen are open plan. The bathroom is fully tiled, wall and floor. The bedroom has plenty of storage and access all around the bed. Luxurious white cotton bed linen and towels are provided

The chalet has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and the interiors have been designed to a coastal theme, with blue and cotton white. All furniture has been installed new, and was chosen for design and practicality. Wifi and freeview TV with DVD player is provided.

Dogs are welcome, and the chalet is one of the few with a private garden, which can be dog secure. The garden backs onto woodland, which is full of birdsong and wildlife.

The chalet has a bright modern feel with excellent amenities and equipment, and easy parking . We were very comfortable there. The private patio was a plus and an perfect place to share lunch and a bottle of wine with some local friends. The location...More

Down the road, 5 minutes away is Caswell Bay, one of Gower's most beautiful, and great for beach sports, surfing and playing. Across the road is the ancient woodland, Bishopswood. 2Km away is the fashionable and buzzing village of Mumbles, with its ice cream parlours, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
Getting around
There are so many places to walk to nearby, you would hardly need transport, as long as you are prepared to walk a mile or so. However, if you have a car, all the beautiful bays of Gower are accessible to you, and a 5 minute drive to Mumbles might be handy. the bay is also well connected to Swansea by bus. There is a very good taxi firm based in Mumbles

Railway: High St Station, Swansea: 8.0 km
If you are coming to us on the M4, leave on exit 42 onto the A483 (Fabian Way). Follow that into Swansea (Quay Parade), It then becomes the A4067. Follow this for 8km to Mumbles. Turn right onto the B4593. This takes you to Caswell Bay. As you approach the bay, you’ll see the Summercliffe chalet park on your right. Turn left into the chalet park, and make your way up to the quiet top end of the park. Whiteshell chalets are clearly marked.
