This is a modern fully furnished apartment in an excellent location.
There are two bedrooms. One with two double beds and an en-suite. Fun if there are three or four kids. The other bedroom has one double bed. Apart from the ensuite there is another bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most things that you should need. Tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc.
The living room has patio doors which open out onto the garden which looks onto Fortwilliam Golf Course. There is a table and chairs outside which is great on a sunny day.

There is a keysafe on the wall beside the door, I will send the code for this a few days before arrival.
You will be able to let yourself in and make yourselves at home. I am not always able to meet guests on arrival but if you have any problems you can phone me.

It was our first visit to Belfast and when I booked I had no idea how close and easy it was to get into the town centre (bus stop on the left on Antrim Road and any bus takes 10-15 minutes) so great location. Accommodation was spotless and well-kept. We were greeted by Carole, the owner, and taken through everything...

About the neighbourhood
Within a 5 mile radius you have the Zoo, the Valley Leisure Centre, Funky Monkies Play Area, Loughshore Park, Theatre at the Mill, Sentry Hill Historic House and ABBEYCENTRE with over 70 shops.

It is a 15min journey into Belfast's busy city centre with its shopping, cinemas, theatres, pubs and nightlife.
Day trips are also to be considered, either up the stunning North coast route to the Giants Causeway or South to explore Dublin for a day.
The options are endless.

A local convenience shop is a 5 minute walk away and the closest supermarket would be Tescos - a 10min car or bus ride. Across the road there is a Hairdressers, Nail Bar, Wine Shop and superb little busy restaurant - Nouvelle Cuisine.

To get to BT15 4DU, when coming up the Antrim Road from Belfast, turn right into Downview Lodge immediately after the new petrol station which is about to open. If you are travelling towards Belfast on the Antrim Road you will be turning left immediately before the new petrol station. Drive down to the bottom apartments and it is the middle apartment on the bottom. Please park in the space allocated for number 11.
