Interaction with guests
I meet all my guests at the property, to give them their keys and show them how everything works and answer any questions they may have. It does not matter what time of day or night my guests arrive I will be happy to meet them. If they need collected at Newcastle Bus Station that is not a problem.
I live within a 15 minute drive away from the cottage, so I am generally on hand, but I am only ever a phone call away.

Our stay at Anne's cottage on Widows' Row, Newcastle was perfect- from the spotlessly clean cottage to the furnishings and the warm welcome; we were so well-looked after. A great visit and we look forward to returning.

We stayed in Anne's cottage for a weekend and found a special place we will definitely be visiting again. Steeped in history and with a wonderful host on hand to bring that history alive this little cottage is a wonderful escape. Immaculately maintained and thoughtfully renovated with Anne's wonderful eye for detail evident everywhere. Strongly recommended.

In the morning we were met with the most spectacularly views across the beautiful blue sea. Ann met us the night we arrived and kindly showed us round the property before leaving us to enjoy every...
