The Boathouse is a luxury two bedroom, fully equipped self-catering townhouse, set directly on the seafront, with award winning Banff Links Beach right on your doorstep with stunning unrestricted sea views.
The townhouse sleeps 4 + 1 cot and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe upstairs, the bedrooms both have tv's and one has a Wii console. Downstairs you will find a toilet/utility room, fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge with 42' tv, dvd player, and wine cooler.
The townhouse is ideal for couples or families, the house is very family friendly, the kids will love the great outdoors with a playpark out the front and the golden beach on your doorstep, what more could they ask for.

A beautiful, relaxing place to stay
Very impressed with the cleanliness and standard of furniture/ fittings. So well equipped, couldn't fault anything. Anyone wanting a break with young children, the location is ideal, with beach and playpark on your doorstep. We enjoyed a few takeaways from both Whitehall's and Banff, and they were first class. Enjoyed the aquarium at Macduff, and exploring the coastal villages.

Fantastic holiday let
Revisited this accommodation this year in August 2020 and we are pleased to report its still as good as ever.
It was reassuring to know prior to our visit that a deep clean is performed before arrival & once there found that extra measures have been put in place for Corona Virus, including loads of hand sanitizer dispensers etc.”

Fantastic holiday let! On the beach, with holiday cottage/flat amenities so you have the best of both worlds. Also being with in walking distance to Banff or Whitehills you can explore these fishing villages on foot. Spacious accommodation, in excellent order throughout includes all mod cons & decent speed wifi. We spent a week there and had the opportunity of witnessing the beautiful sunrises & sunsets over the Moray Firth.
This year 2020 as we sat out in the garden one night we were treated to a dolphin display out in the bay as we enjoyed a “sundowner” this was the icing on the cake.

The boathouse
Fantastic place,clean, pretty,welcoming,ideally placed especially for families as beautiful beach so near. Play area just outside and popular. Lovely walks. If you've no car there's a bus service. Only downside was the shop catering for caravans and ourselves as wasn't open for long and didn't have lot of choice so you need to shop in nearest town which is in walking distance or bus

perfect for our stay
Our stay at The Boathouse was wonderful.Everything was beautifully clean.A home from home.Every effort had been made to cater for ease and comfort .Wonderful views and plenty of walks .After travelling all the way from central England the welcome pack was,well,welcome.We hope to return sooner than later.

This house is a welcoming warm home from home
This is the fifth time we have stayed here which says everything really. The house is well appointed with a modern fitted kitchen. It is warm and comfortable and feels like home. The views are stunning and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. Each time we have arrived there are fresh flowers on the table with milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread on the side. I love this place and will definitely be booking again in 2019.

Banff holiday
Accommodation is beautiful, with everything that is needed in a house and more! Visited with my 1 year old and found the location perfect for families with the park and beach right on the doorstep. Would recommend to anyone.

Central Aberdeenshire is a diverse area of commuter towns, agricultural land, valleys and upland areas that get higher as you go East towards the peaks of Grampian Mountains. You can head along the coast to picturesque fishing villages of Gardenstown, Crovie, Pennan, Fraserburgh or Whitehills and Cullen. You will find dramatic cliff top scenery waiting to be explored or hit the ski slopes at the Leicht or Cairngorms which are one hour to one and half hours drive away, or why not play on the Championship golf courses at Duff House Royal in Banff or Royal Tarlair in Macduff, five minutes drive away, the coice is yours. Why not go for a light snack at the beautiful Duff House Castle next to the golf course.
For the keen angler, why not try fishing the River Deveron with Salmon and Trout fishing a must.
