The property is suitable for families, golfers, walkers, and is an ideal holiday rental for visiting local family members,wildfowlers,ancestral researchers,and people attending courses or working for a short time in the town. We have a high chair, baby bath and a changing mat, we ask parents to bring their own travel cot please. Ample on street parking close by.More
Nice cottage with all amenities needed
Garden would be great in summer (too cold in Oct). Ideal for family's and all shops etc within 5 mins walk. Was ideal as we were visiting family who live nearby

This is our third visit to the cottage and we were made very welcome by the owner. The cottage is very comfortable, warm and well equipped. We’d be delighted to return when next visiting Montrose.

Redfield Cottage is a very comfortable and spacious cottage. Parking is easy The rooms are generous, clean nicely furnished and with extremely comfortable beds. Despite being on a main road we slept soundly. Shops and the beach are only a short distance away.

Lovely little cottage just off the main shopping area.
The cottage was warm, clean well equipped including wifi and most importantly quiet. It was very peaceful despite being on the main access into Montrose , good double glazing keeping out nearly all of the noise...More

Montrose beach offers a safe play park for children, The Ancestral research centre for Angus is 30 minutes by car from Montrose. Glamis castle, the home of the Queen Mother is 25 miles inland form the town. The beaches at Ferryden and Usan ( a short drive) are a favourite spot for agate hunters. St Cyrus beach offers a wildlife conservation area to observe unusual plants, and fulmars.
