Situated on edge of old city, close to university. Very clean, modern, secure and well appointed apartment. Helpful host. Easy walk into old town. Suggest taxi from station unless travelling light and like approx. 2 km walk.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a convenient and easy place to stay. Eddie was very welcoming and professional, the apartment was very clean and tidy on our arrival and parking was easy and convenient- very useful in central Edinburgh!

Flat 7, 12 Simpson loan First the flat, lovely, bright, clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of cutlery, utensils, good oven and a truly refreshing shower - one of those that pours water from holes in the ceiling - very chic! Bed was comfy as was the flat in general. Location - for access to the shopping centres, tourist sites, grass...
