Welcome to o'or hoose, we hope you have a comfortable stay and a great holiday
Sitting-room, south facing into  front garden
Dining-room, space for six diners, with small library of books and travel guides
Kitchen: home's hub, fully equipped:  create magic on a plate.Fridge/Freezer/ Laundry area
Room 2: Rose room - Large room with comfortable twin beds off the top landing. Room is south facing
Seasonal colour planting
Another view: Rose Room, double wardrobe and 2 comfy armchairs complete the picture
Room 1: Terracotta Room, Again a very generous sized room with lots of character comfortable beds
Terrcotta room again: location of beds and a hint of the Med/Brit in decor
Terracota Room: Door  to stairway - reclining chair to chill  out
Bathroom: has bath, wash basin,shaver point & shower
Toilet (WC) next to  bathroom :wash basin, shaver point
Bathroom: ample sized bath, wash-basin, shaver point above mirror
Klondyke Room1: double bed, double wardrobe, (all rooms have double wardrobes).
sitting-room: One of the three settees
Sitting-room: TV, another settee and hearth with gas fire

Dining-room: view  towards back, depicting the small library of information
The planters are changed with different colour combinations each year.

Perfect location if you want to visit both city and highlands. Good space and beautiful garden. Nearby lots of amenities.

Garden furniture and sun brolly enables dinning al fresco. TV / Radio and CDs, some board games for players and books all available on the library shelves in dining room. The rates are inclusive of bed linen towels supplied, these are changed weekly.Gas and electricity for the duration of the let are also included. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking this can be paid by cheque payable to 7C'S Edinburgh.. Any damage should be reported to the owner as they have occurred. Please be aware that we are fair but any serious damage will charged for at replacement cost..

If sofa bed is used then an extra £25.00 is charged in addition to the rental rate.

We reserve a right to make a deduction from this deposit to cover breakages or damage to the property, contents or required extra cleaning if the property has not been left in a reasonable condition.

Full payment by cheque or cash (£, sterling) must be received no less than 7 full days prior to arrival. The change over day is flexible entry to the house is normally granted on the first day of the let and the house vacated at 11am on the departure day.
