This stunning ground floor, two bedroom apartment sleeps up to six people and is situated in the heart of the city centre, just off Broughton Street and just a short walk from the shops, bars, restaurants, a cinema complex, theatre and Waverley Train Station. There is one double with en-suite shower room, one twin room with separate bathroom and a sofabed in the sitting room. The flat is very well equipped and also has wi-fi. Parking is restricted Mon-Fri 0830 - 1730 and free out of these hours. There is free on-street parking only a short walk away.

We've stayed in Hart St a number of times now over the years and never hesitate to revisit when we are next up in Edinburgh. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a large and fully equipped kitchen. It's a great location with lots of brilliant restaurants and bars / shops on the doorstep but...

Excellent quiet location close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Even with kids in tow we walked to Museum, Castle, Calton Hill and Train Station. Jenny the owner was fantastic, letting us have the apartment early to suit our arrival time, and giving us really useful hints for our stay. Excellent selection of guidebooks in property too. We'll definitely stay...

Perfect location short walk from all the local amenities, and tourist attractions, the apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay, the Georgian features within the apartment were beautiful, also very quiet considering it's so close to everything, I can see from other reviews that some guests had a problem with the smell of smoke we never smelt...

The apartment is situated in the east of the city centre, just off Broughton Street and only a short walk from Waverley Train Station and Edinburgh Bus Station. Broughton Street is excellent for shops, bars and restaurants, although the apartment is located in a smart, quiet residential street. There is a theatre, cinema complex and shopping centre a few minutes away. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Park are all walking distance from the apartment too. There is meter parking between 0830 - 1730 Monday to Friday and out of these hours there is free on street parking. There is free on-street parking a few streets away.
