The apartment is situated in the very centre of Edinburgh, 500 metres from the Castle, 200 metres from Princes Street, and the main railway station at Waverley.

It is spacious with two large bedrooms, large hallway with area for studying or reading and a large living and dining area. In addition there is an internal walkway which can be a quiet sitting or reading area.

There is a well appointed bathroom and the larger bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
