Wouls recommend booking this flat well located near places of interest ,bars and restaurants. Flat well furnished and everything that yiu may need included. will book again.

A £100 damages deposit will be taken at the time of booking and will be refunded on inspection of the apartment. I completely appreciate that accidents happen and the odd glass breakage is an acceptable part of holidays, however this is my home and has been lovingly decorated with many pieces that are special to me.

A 10% non-refundable booking fee will be taken at time of booking with the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday dates.

There is an additional fee of 25 pounds for cleaning (which will take place on a weekly basis).

The area in which the apartment is located is nothing short of outstanding and for a mere £3.50 per day you can enjoy unlimited bus travel from right outside the door of the accommodation to anywhere within Edinburgh and surrounding areas.<BR><BR>This apartment is enviably situated just opposite the grounds of Holyrood Palace and literally seconds from the controversial award winning Scottish Parliament.
