Really enjoyed my week here in mid-winter. The well equipped flat is a perfect base and couldn’t be closer to good public transport. The flat is also very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Hope to be back soon.

The flat is situated in the Colinton area of Edinburgh, which retains many of the features and ambience of a village. There are good local shops, a bank, post-office and several pubs and restaurants. It is around 8 Km from the city centre with an exceptionally good bus service (Lothian Buses bus numbers 10 and 16).
How to get there

At the first roundabout, go straight ahead (2nd exit) and at the next one take the first exit onto Redford Road. Follow Redford Road to its end at a T-junction and turn left onto Colinton Road. The property is a flat to the rear of the detached building;Bruce Villa; and is entered down the driveway on the left of the property. If you come by public transport to the centre of Edinburgh, take bus number 10 from the South side of Princes Street (heading west). The number 10 bus stops at the first stop on Woodhall Road and this is directly opposite the property (the stop is...
