Delightful spacious central apartment only one block from the tram stop and two blocks from Waverley Train station. The apartment sleeps 8 people it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 2 are ensuite shower rooms off the bedrooms and a family bathroom, a spacious lounge/dining area and kitchen with microwave, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and indoor drying area.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre with the main shopping area and many city centre visitor attractions only a few minutes walk. There is no need for a car, but if you have one a parking space can be arranged subject to availability £10 per day.

our party of eight stayed here in April the location was ideal for walking to all tourist attractions the apartment was excellent spotlessly clean and well equipped Melanie was very helpful throughout our booking we would certainly go back

Mel was waiting when we arrived at the apartment. She is such a warm and friendly person. She gave us ideas of things to see and do and even had the refrigerator stocked with milk for the baby. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location is great. We would certainly stay there again if ever in Edinburgh.

8 of us stayed here and there was no problem with room. The whole place is really clean and tidy. Melanie had left a few goodies for us and gave advice on where to go (she was lovely). Will definitely be coming again. Thank you! We loved it x
