We are following VisitScotland cleaning guidelines & ‘We’re Good To Go’. We have increased our already high standards of cleaning and now sanitise the property using SurSol disinfectant products. These are non-toxic, non-flammable & formulated with active ingredients that comply with the EN 1276 & EN 14476 testing standards. The Edinbothy is light, spacious and overlooks leafy and well-maintained gardens. With ample storage, no stairs to climb and a private garage this apartment is located on the ground floor with it's own front door. Both bedrooms have zip-king beds allowing 3ft wide twin beds or 6ft Super King beds to be made up as required. The master bedroom benefits from a large en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom enjoys the use of the main family bathroom (no shower). Welcome items such as tea, coffee (Nespresso capsules & instant), milk, sugar, cookies/biscuits and a few cooking staples will be provided. Pre-purchasing groceries on your behalf to be stocked for your arrival is also a service we are happy to provide if given a min of 72hrs notice before check-in. The separate living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun-filled day benefiting from a Smart, WiFi-integrated HD television, local books and a few puzzles & board games. Other creature-comforts include double-glazed windows, blinds and thick curtains, central heating and excellent integrated storage including double built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Egyptian cotton towels, superior cotton bedlinen and The Scottish Soap Company bathroom amenities are also provided to ensure a fabulous stay. You also have ample free parking on three sides of the property as well as your own private, secure garage. The private garage has ample space for both a car and sporting equipment be it golf bags, fishing rods, bikes, skis, boards or kayaks! We are so happy to have found this perfect little base for our visit to Edinburgh. Easy to get into the city and all the main sites of this wonderful city. The apartment is light and airy and tastefully decorated. A real home from home.

About the neighbourhood
The Edinbothy is within a modern, well-maintained residential development in Greenbank. It is a peaceful residential area with a direct bus in to the city centre. The popular area of Morningside is 10 mins walk away offering a host of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and supermarkets including MandS Simply Food and Waitrose. Morningside is also home to numerous independent shops proudly offering a wide range of products from the cheesemonger to the home-brew store and local arts and crafts! There are several golf courses very close to the flat, lots of walks through parks, forests and up local hills. The nearby Pentlands offer further exploration and a Snowsports Centre, offering dry slope skiing year-round. The beautiful coastal villages and beaches of East Lothian, countryside of Fife...
Getting around
The Number 23 bus has a fabulous route running South to North Edinburgh taking you past The National Museum, The Royal Mile, George Street & Princes Street (for retail therapy) & on to the Botanical Gardens. Best thing is that the closest stop is 50yards from The Edinbothy's front door! You don't need a car to experience all Edinburgh city centre has to offer but if you do have a vehicle to explore further afield there is no shortage of free parking outside the front door!
