This stylish central apartment is situated in Edinburgh's historic Old Town. The apartment is also perfectly positioned for access to the city's finest parks, particularly the Queen's Park which is approximately 3 minutes walk away and is an outstanding piece of wild highland landscape in the centre of the city.The Queen's Park has Arthur's Seat, (an active volcano about 250 million years ago) at it's centre. This hill rises above the city to a height of 251 metres (823 feet) and the panoramic views from the top are the finest you will find. The walks around the Hill and it's 3 lochs are also outstanding. Whether you are looking for history, nature, culture, fine dining or shopping or a mix of them all, this apartment is in the perfect location for you. The apartment is situated on Calton Road,on the 2nd floor of Buchanan Court. It benefits from it's own secure allocated parking space. Access to the apartment is via an audio entry phone system. This is a very historic area which was named a World Heritage site in 1995. The apartment offers very comfortable accommodation which consists of a living area with dining space,the room also has a flat screen television with digital channels and a radio/CD player.To the rear of the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with a range of appliances and a glazed door leading out to a Parisian balcony. Although not large enough to sit out on, this balcony is delightful and adds character to the kitchen area. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a zip/link bed which means that this room has the flexibility of being used as a double room with a super king size bed or as a twin room with 2 single beds. The other two bedrooms which are also very light and airy, have a double bed in each . The family bathroom has a 3 piece white suite with a powerful shower fitted over the bath, wash basin & WC. There is an ample supply of good quality towels supplied for your arrival.The apartment benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.More

Fantastic location, very short walk to the famous Royal Mile. Lovely clean, spacious apartment. The owner provided all necessary infornation prior to arrival. The apartment was well stocked with all basic essentials, Three couples stayed to visit the Edinburgh Christmas markets which we really enjoyed....More

Just returned home after a weekend stay for a wedding. Apartment is in a fabulous location, very clean, large rooms. Perfect for our group of 6. Easy to follow instructions/directions from owner, nothing too much trouble, appreciated the later checkout. Would definitely book again
