Dundas Boutique Apartment is a suberb apartment with its own front door and private terrace in the heart of the New Town. Facing onto Fettes row the apartment is surprisingly quiet and yet situated right next to the transport choices and convenience of Dundas St.
This apartment is freshly decorated, with beautiful polished wood floors throughout.
This location makes an ideal city break for 2+2 people (on a sofa bed). We also welcome some dogs (with prior permission!) who have easy access to the nearby parks of King George V and the water of Leith Walkway.
Dundas Boutique Apartment is privately owned by Jennifer who also manages 3 other superlative apartments in the city.

This apartment was beautifully furnished and so comfortable (especially the bed). It is in walking distance of all the city attractions as well as Stockbridge, so the location couldn't be better. There are shops and cafes nearby which added to the convenience. We would definitely stay here again; it was the best accommodation we had in the UK.

The apartment is around a 5-10 minute walk from Princes Street - perfectly located for both the old and new town areas. I was a little worried that there wasn't designated parking however after getting in touch I was advised there was free street parking over weekends and evenings.
