Summerhill is a superb, luxury three bedroom cottage dating back to the late 1800s. It is situated in a quiet rural location on the outskirts of St Andrews yet is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of this bustling town. The 3rd hole of the Duke's course is only across the road and with open fields to the rear the property commands stunning views of the Eden estuary with the Cairngorm mountains in the distance. The cottage has recently undergone a complete internal refurbishment to provide a modern, stunning, comfortable setting and it has been impeccably decorated for a truly exceptional stay.

Just back after 6 days at summerhill, it could not have been better. Location is good, quiet but an easy drive from St Andrews. Amenities on site were excellent and it was spotlessly clean. Saving up for a return visit.
Just back from a lovely stay at Summerhill and we just wish we had booked it for longer! We stayed at the house with six adults and two infants for my Mum's 60th birthday weekend. The house was a great size with the kitchen/dining area...More

There is nowhere quite like St Andrews. It has world renowned golf courses, miles and miles of sandy beaches, fabulous coastal walks, world-class restaurants and the history of being an esteemed University town. There is something for everybody here.
There are about 30 golf courses within 15 miles. The restaurants in the town are numerous and of excellent quality. Similarly excellent quality is to be found amongst the local shops, with a range of independent boutiques and artisan traders selling unique labels and fresh local produce from St Andrews and the surrounding area. There are music and art festivals held locally during the year.
